Do you accept insurance?

We are considered an out-of-network provider. Some clients with PPOs are able to be reimbursed by their insurance, though most payout of pocket. Using insurance for therapy requires a mental disorder diagnosis, which becomes part of your official medical records. Many prefer to pay out of pocket, knowing that the difference it makes to their lives is well worth the investment.

I do not accept insurance in my practice; however, I’m considered an out-of-network provider (OON). To find out if you have OON benefits, contact your insurance company. If you are planning to submit to your insurance company, you may want to contact them and discuss your “out of network” benefits. I can provide you with a bill containing all pertinent codes so that you may submit it to your insurance provider in hopes you will receive full or partial reimbursement. 

What is your fee?

My fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $130.  I ask that you pay for services at the time of your appointment, using the credit card on file. 

Appointments and Forms 

Prior to your first scheduled appointment, please complete the forms on the client portal. By completing these forms prior to your first appointment, we will be able to use your appointment time more wisely.

If you must cancel your appointment, I request that you provide a 24 hour notice. If notice is less than 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.

What to Expect

Upon arrival, please have a seat in the waiting room and I will come out to greet you at our scheduled appointment time. Feel free to have some coffee, tea, or water and make yourself comfortable.

Who do you work with?

Psychotherapy: 

I work with individuals and couples who are interested in therapy and reside in the state of Texas. If you’re located in another state, please contact me about my coaching credentials. 

Group therapy:

I offer group therapy for women seeking recovery from infidelity and betrayal trauma.

How can I get started?

Step 1:

Step 2:

You will hear from me within 24 hours to begin a conversation to determine whether we will be a good fit for each other.

Step 3:

We will book an initial session, which is a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss where you are.

Step 4:

We will determine the frequency of routine sessions, intermittently assessing if the plan needs to be adapted as we continue to meet you where you are.
